Consultation
10 minutesBegin with a thorough hair analysis. Assess porosity, damage level, and previous chemical history. Document findings for traceability.
Preparation
15 minutesWash twice with clarifying shampoo to remove residue. Towel-dry, then blow-dry to 70–80% moisture. Section hair into four precise quadrants.
Diamond Alignment
30–75 minutesApply Step 1 approximately 0.5cm from the scalp, working through each section with precision. Processing time varies by hair type. Do not exceed 75 minutes.
Flat Iron Seal
20–30 minutesAfter rinsing and blow-drying, seal the treatment with a flat iron at 190–230°C. Pass count varies by hair resistance. Precision at this stage determines final result.
Diamond Silk Finish
15 minutesRinse completely with room-temperature water. Apply Step 2 from roots to ends. Massage for 3–5 minutes. Leave for 5–10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
Finish
10 minutesCool blow-dry only — no flat iron at this stage. The client leaves with mirror-gloss, aligned hair. Provide aftercare instructions for the 48-hour post-treatment period.

— Application by licensed hairdressers only. Not for consumer self-use.
— Do not apply to open wounds, active dermatitis, or compromised scalp.
— Avoid during pregnancy without medical advice.
— Do not apply on hair bleached or coloured within 15 days.
— Do not apply on hair treated with keratin or relaxer within 30 days.
— Ensure adequate ventilation during flat-iron stage.
— Use personal protective equipment as per COSHH guidelines.
