This professional hair treatment education and product ecosystem is developed for licensed hairdressers and beauty professionals. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your data.

Data We Collect

The Platform stores most data locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers, except where noted.

Data stored locally on your device includes:

• Course progress and completed lessons
• Quiz scores and earned badges
• Study streak information
• Client records you create
• Booking configuration
• Business card details you enter
• Onboarding preferences

Camera & Photo Usage

The AI Diagnostic tool allows you to photograph hair for analysis. When you use this feature, the photo is sent to our secure cloud service for AI-powered analysis and a treatment recommendation is returned. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.

Salon Registration

When a professional registers a salon in the Sovereign Directory, we collect the information submitted (salon name, owner name, email, phone, location, website). This information is used to verify and list authorised salons. It is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties.

Data Storage

Platform data is stored using your device's local storage. Salon registration data is stored on our secure server. If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed. To request deletion of server-side data, contact us.

Third-Party Services

The Platform uses PostHog for anonymous analytics to understand usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared. Sharing features (WhatsApp, email, social media) are handled by the respective apps on your device.

Children's Privacy
