Sleep with your pure silk bonnet for 30 consecutive nights. If your hair is not noticeably smoother, softer, and frizz-free, simply contact our support concierge. You may keep the presentation keepsake gift box, and we will issue an immediate, 100% courteous refund.

UK Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for any item.

Salon Chemical Formulas Note

Due to strict cosmetic safety and chemical stability regulations, professional salon treatment kits must remain unopened in their original hermetically sealed containers.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, you must follow the Sovereign Protocol:

• Contact our support team at support@keratintreatment.co.uk with your order ID.
• Provide photographic evidence that the security seals are intact.
• Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code.
• Goods must be returned to our Luton Logistics Facility at your own cost using a tracked service.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your shipment arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund including shipping costs upon verification of the defect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at our support address.
