Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Keratin Pro Mastery ("the Platform"), operated by Sovereign Chain Ltd. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal or professional educational purposes. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Platform content without written permission.

Product Information

Product information and application protocols are provided for educational purposes for licensed hairdressing professionals. Professional judgement and proper training are required before applying any treatment. Sovereign Chain Ltd is not liable for outcomes resulting from improper application.

Professional Use Only

All formulations in the Diamond System are intended for professional use only. The Platform is designed for licensed hairdressers and beauty practitioners. Retail sale to end consumers is not permitted without professional certification.

Intellectual Property

All content, including course materials, brand names, logos, formulations, and application protocols, is the intellectual property of Sovereign Chain Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright law.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use of product information and protocols is at the user's own risk and professional discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Chain Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or its products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
